Step 1:
Click on the "Apply Now" page, select the type and number of rewards, then submit the application.

Step 2:
Rewards will be shipped to the game center you specified under "Merchant Details for Reward Delivery" in your membership details. The player can then collect their rewards from the game center. Please make sure that the merchant details are correct.

Step 3:
Please note that rewards will be shipped within one month of the trade-in announcement.
